It was all about neuroscience, communication, creativity, and motivation

As per usual, the NeuroGrads did an amazing job at presenting their science concisely, clearly, timely, and with a strong emphasis on ‘the WHY’. Exactly as we all ought to do!

Peter Lund Madsen enlightened us on the brain’s requirements for being its most creative and Ulrik Lynge took us through his seven steps of the motivation formula. Wonderful to take such a diffuse – but important – topic down to a concrete level, where we all can identify missing components in our path to full-blown motivation and thereby our best performance.

Thanks to Trine Lind Devantier for her work behind the scenes  and to all those helping out with chairing poster and oral presentation sessions to make this event smooth and unforgetful.
